At Deo Fidens, every wallet is handcrafted and made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to two weeks for production and shipment.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–14 business days.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended slightly.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
Shipping Carrier
Deo Fidens ships orders through USPS.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship both within the United States and internationally.
International customers are responsible for:
- any customs fees
- import taxes
- duties
- or additional charges required by their country
Deo Fidens is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Deo Fidens is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS first. If additional assistance is needed, you may contact us directly.
