Refund policy
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that special circumstances can arise and will work with customers fairly whenever possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements are only available for items that were damaged prior to shipping or arrived defective.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect
If approved, Deo Fidens may offer:
- a replacement item
- store credit
- or a refund at our discretion
Financial Hardship Exceptions
If a customer can demonstrate legitimate financial hardship, Deo Fidens may approve a refund on a case-by-case basis. Approval is solely at our discretion.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customers must purchase the return shipping label
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- custom-made products
- personalized items
- used products
- products showing normal wear and tear
